Senior Designer

The role requires individuals to turn a business vision into a physical reality. This includes physical implementation of all aspects of the application architecture: high performance design, coding, caching, and security. This role requires significant experience in high volume systems and/or e-business design and the ability to architect solutions based on different design algorithms to a set of highly complex problems. Must be capable of providing expert assistance to the other application team members including areas such as high performance design, code reviews, environment configuration, proper testing procedures, naming standards and all other aspects of good application design and development. Must be able to work at the lowest levels and take the product through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation.

• BS or BA degree
• 8+ years programming experience
• 5+ years experience designing, implementing and deploying multi-tier, web-based applications on Windows operating systems
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Windows 2000 Server, Web Servers (IIS 4.x+ preferred)
• Visual Basic 6.0, ASP 3.0, XML/XSLT, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript 1.2
• SQL Server Stored Procedures
• ASP.net is preferred

Senior Quality Analyst

The Senior QA needs to provide technical guidance/mentoring to Software Quality Analysts and Software Quality Testers as needed. They need to actively participate in all phases of the development lifecycle by providing input during definition and design meetings, functional and technical walkthroughs, and software testing. He/She should also analyze specifications to develop, maintain and apply test plans and scripts to assigned products to assure product quality from a functional and qualitative perspective. Developing test data, executing test scripts (functional, regression, installation, software configuration and performance), and analyzing results for validity and clarity. Designing and developing test programs as appropriate.

• Documenting, tracking, and verifying defects and fixes across products, platforms, and releases
• Experienced in writing test plans and test cases
• Experienced in designing and developing test programs
• Experienced in regression, functional and integration testing at the systems as well as the GUI level
• Familiarity with performance/stress

Graphics Designer

Responsible for the creative direction including front-end interface, advertising and brand objectives and voice and tone of all customer touch points. Being able to understand requirement and converting into a Graphical Interface or a UI presentation for easy visualization and understanding of the requirements.

• BS/BA/BFA degree required
• 4-6 years experience as an art director and at least 2 years experience in a creative director capacity, preferably on internet directory or content projects
• Strong overall knowledge in web technologies and interface design
• Design experience across a wide array of artistic mediums: digital/online, print, graphics, and/or video
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be creative, thoughtful, and innovative individual
• Strong team player
• Ability to function in a dynamic and highly volatile work environment

The Project Manager will be responsible for carving out the projects that can be developed off-shore. Put together and get approval from the client's engineering team head on the system design and functional specifications, high level design, prototype development management, development of test plan for off shore team, liaising with the off shore team etc. Will need to have excellent communication skills and must provide leadership and be business savvy.

Following profile will be required:

• 8 to 12 years overall experience in software development.
• India off shore development center management critical - Multiplatform (NT, Linux, Solaris) experience
• Experience in managing simultaneous projects
• Exposure to working with Fortune 500 clients and their senior/top management on a daily basis.
• Technologies critical to this role are: COM, DCOM, C++, Java, Java Script, XML and Networking.
